In the audio, we can hear a voter Surendra Babu explaining that when he went to vote for Cycle(TDP) the VVPAT display flashed BJP symbol Lotus 15 times.
He complained to the authorities at the location and they said they will look into it but took no complaint.
He is now ready to lodge a formal complaint if the authorities can let him know how to proceed.
