AP Minister and the son of Andhra CM, Nara Lokesh who is fondly called "Andhra Pappu" by his detractors is at it again or is he?.
Going into the details there was a viral video spreading in the social media which shows Lokesh saying, "Telangana CM KCR is coming to Andhra to steal away the Machilipatnam Port to Telangana". This video became an instant hit with his detractors with a lot of educated people mocking him and even saying he is becoming dumber than ever.
But what they missed and for that matter, even the most educated people have no clue about "Dry Port" which Lokesh was referring to in his speech. A dry port (sometimes inland port) is an inland intermodal terminal directly connected by road or rail to a seaport and operating as a center for the transshipment of sea cargo to inland destinations.
Indian has many similar ports like that. Inland Container Depot, Whitefield: Bangalore, India is one such kind of port.
Lokesh was implying the KCR is plotting to change the existing plan of Machilipatnam Port and build such kind dry port in Telangana which his party and government opposing.
Now coming to video, if the educated people have no clue and started forwarding, liking, and re-tweeting it, Who are should we call bigger pappus? Is it Lokesh or his educated detractors who have no clue of Dry Ports or conveniently forgot all about it.
