The 12th edition of the biggest cricket league in the world, Indian Premier League is about to kick start in few days and all teams are busy preparing their troops. And there are Chennai Super Kings who has the biggest fan base among all the IPL teams, gifted their fans a practice match yesterday.
You can’t imagine the crowd gathered there just to see a practice match. When Dhoni enters the field they all went wild and mad. Of course, MS Dhoni managed to make Chennai, his second home after Ranchi. With IPL, Chennai Super Kings, he became Thala Dhoni, the most loved cricketer by Tamil people after Sachin.
They also lifted their voices in a high pitch for their very own ChinnaThala, Raina, the top scorer in the history of IPL till now. The team got suspended for two years before 2018 season, as their owners were found guilty of betting over the match result and the very next year they made a come back as title winners.
