TRS president KCR on Tuesday announced a partial manifesto for the forthcoming elections declaring that unemployed people will get a monthly allowance of Rs.3,016 per month. He said the guidelines will be framed for this.
He also announced a loan waiver of Rs one lakh for farmers and increase in Rythu Bandhu scheme amount from Rs 8,000 per acre to Rs 10,000 per acre every year.
