Srinagar, March 12 (IANS) A civilian was killed in an explosion on Monday near a firing range of the Army in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.

Police sources said Ashiq Hussain of Tral town was killed near the Awantipora firing range.

"The exact details as to how the explosion occurred are being ascertained," a police source said.
