Girl student’s body found inside hostel bathroom

Kolkata, Feb 27 (IANS) The body of a student from Jamshedpur has been recovered from the bathroom of her hostel in the southern part of the city, police said on Tuesday.

The girl, a B.A First Year student, was pursuing her graduation from a city college.

On Monday night, the police recovered her body from the hostel after being alerted by the authorities.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead, according to the police.
