New Delhi, Dec 14 (IANS) In a bid to give its users prompt after-sales service, Huawei's sub-brand Honor on Thursday announced opening four more exclusive service centres in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Guwahati.
"With the opening of the new service centres, we aim to ease the after-sales trouble shooting for our customers. These will help us reach out to more of our customers across the landscape of the country," P. Sanjeev, Vice-President Sales, Huawei India-Consumer Business Group, said in a statement.
These service centres will exclusively provide "first class" support and repair for Huawei and Honor-branded devices, the company said.
Sanjeev had earlier told IANS that service centres were already operating in 17 cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Bengaluru.
With 20 per cent overseas smartphone shipments year-on-year, Huawei is one of the fastest-growing Chinese smartphone makers.
