Enforce two-child norm, says Jain leaderJaipur, Dec 13 (IANS) Jain leader Tarun Sagar on Wednesday urged the government to enforce a two-child norm.

He told the media that strict action should be taken against everyone who have more than two children.

This policy should be applicable to people of all castes and religions, he added.
