GenY Medium to launch operations in CanadaHyderabad, Nov 17 (IANS) Digital marketing firm, GenY Medium, will start its overseas operations with Toronto, Canada.

An agreement to this effect was signed on Friday at an event here in the presence of Canada's Minister for International Trade Francois-Phillipe Champagne and Telangana's Information Technology Minister K. T. Rama Rao.

The expansion is an outcome of Canadian trade delegation's visit to Hyderabad early this year, the company said in a statement.

 

GenY Medium's proprietary technologies enable ad-performance tracking, conducting market research digitally and curating engaging content. The company's plan is to gradually ramp up the team in Canada to about 50 employees over the next 36 months and to serve over 100 brands in Canada.

"We already serve a few customers and brands in Canada. By setting footprint in the region, GenY will not only contribute to Indo-Canadian trade relations but with our larger vision of setting up a very technology focused digital marketing firm, help SMBs in Canada use digital marketing to grow their business," said Co-founder and CEO of GenY Medium, Yashwant Kumar said

The company specialises in healthcare, real estate, education and consumer goods& services domains. It offers services to reputed national and international brands including Verisign, Lenovo, Tata Projects, Apollo Group,NIIT, CignaTTK and Aparna Constructions.
