New Delhi, Oct 16 (IANS) Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Monday announced that Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh will be the Chairman of the campaign committee for the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
Himachal Pradesh MLA Asha Kumari, who is also AICC in-charge of Punjab, has been made the member in the Pradesh Election Committee. The announcement was made by party General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi.
Himachal Pradesh will go to polls on November 9.
