New Delhi, Sep 20 (IANS) LG Electronics on Wednesday launched an upgraded version of its 'LG Q6' device titled 'LG Q6+' with 4GB RAM and 64GB in-built storage for Rs 17,990 in India.
The device, which has features such as 18:9 wide screen for better visual experience, facial recognition and military grade durability, will be available at retail outlets, starting Wednesday.
"The new LG Q6+ sets the benchmark in bringing the best of technology at an accessible price point to the consumers in India. The device will offer consumers a synthesis of usability and best technology," Amit Gujral, Chief Marketing Officer, LG Electronics India, said in a statement.
Q6+ comes with 5.5-inch FHD 'Full Vision Display' technology as well as one-time free screen replacement within six months.
The smartphone incorporates a 5MP 100-degree wide angle selfie camera that allows shutterbugs to include a large group of friends and family in the shot without effort. It houses a 13MP rear camera.
The device has 3,000mAh battery, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
