Mumbai, Aug 18 (IANS) Actor Vinit Kakar has been roped in to play the role of a vampire in TV show "Rudra Ke Rakshak".
Vinit is best known for his role of Mahaparshva in popular TV show "Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman"
"I have started shooting for 'Rudra ke Rakshak' from today (Friday). The show is currently on air. I will enter the show as an antagonist and will be playing Dracula. My character name is Vampire Dreko," Vinit said in a statement.
"Rudra Ke Rakshak" is aired on BIG Magic.
Besides this show, Vinit is also set to appear in upcoming film "Kannu" along with "Airlift" fame actress Taranjit Kaur.
"Kannu" will be produced by Neil D'Silva and directed by Shyam Bhimsaria. Vinit and Bhimsaria earlier worked together in the show "One Coin Please".
