Kritika Kamra ‘always up’ to playing fierce characters

Mumbai, July 23 (IANS) Actress Kritika Kamra, who plays the title role in fantasy drama TV show "Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta", says she is always ready to play fierce characters like Cersei Lannister from "Game of Thrones".

"I won't give any spoilers, but my favourite character is not Daenerys, it's Cersei Lannister. I think it's the most evil yet layered character. I would love to play something like this," Kritika said in a statement.

"Like an out and out negative, but at the same time, a possessive mother, a possessive lover. I am always up to playing a fierce bada** character," she added.

Actress Lena Headey plays Lannister in "Game of Thrones".

"Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta" is aired on Life OK.

Roshni misses Reena on 'Shakti' set

Actress Roshni Sahota, who is seen as Surbhi in "Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki", says she misses actress Reena Kapoor, who played her mother, Nimmi Kaur, in the TV show.

"I miss Reenaji a lot on the set. She was one who motivated me to give my best on shoots. We are similar kind of persons having same kind of interests. We both love traveling and exploring places. We really used to share our travelling diary," Roshni said in a statement.

"We share every single memory of our life. She really inspires me in every possible way. Our thinking towards life is quite similar. We share thoughts on universal law and nature," she added.
