New Delhi, July 20 (IANS) Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Thursday congratulated both President-elect Ram Nath Kovind and opposition candidate Meira Kumar for running a dignified campaign in the Presidential election.
"It is a victory for India's democracy," she said in a statement. Mahajan hailed NDA candidate Kovind's victory, saying he had a "clean image".
