An alleged suicide note found on Vandana's person said she's responsible for her death and no one should be blamed, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Chinmoy Biswal said.
Biswal said the woman, a native of Uttar Pradesh, was staying with her cousin in Moti Bagh for four years and pursuing B.Sc. Lab Technician course from a city college.
Police said her cousin called up around 5.50 a.m. to inform that Vandana had committed suicide by hanging.
The body has been shifted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences for autopsy.
