Faiers took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a video of her workout in her garden, reports dailymail.co.uk.

Dressed in a loose grey T-shirt and black leggings with trainers, Faiers can be seen working out with weights in the video.

 

Swinging a kettle ball and doing squats, she said: "I refuse to get unfit this pregnancy. Serious arm session with my personal trainer. Looking forward to tomorrow's leg session."

Faiers already has an 18 months old son Paul.
