The blast occurred during a repair of an armoured vehicle in the Diyarbakir Provincial Security Directorate compound in Baglar district. Parts of the roof of the building collapsed, Dogan News Agency reported.
Earlier, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu was quoted by CNN as saying: "The blast was in a part of the building for riot police where maintenance is carried out on vehicles."
