Unpaid for months, veteran Bengal cardiologist jumps before train
Kolkata, March 23 (IANS) A veteran physician committed suicide by jumping in front of a local train allegedly because he was not getting his salary at his Hooghly district hospital, the railway police said on Thursday.

"Rebati Mohan Ghosh, a cardiologist by profession, committed suicide by jumping before a local train in Hooghly district's Rishra sailway station on Wednesday evening," an officer from Sheoraphuli Government Railway Police said.
