Chennai, March 13 (IANS) Director Karthick Naren has confirmed that Hindi remake of his critically acclaimed Tamil directorial debut "Dhuruvangal 16" is on the cards.
On Sunday night, Karthick posted on his Facebook page: "Bollywood remake rights of 'Dhuruvangal 16' have been sold. A senior actor has agreed on the remake and an A-list actor is planning to watch the film soon. However, it won't be our immediate next project."
Interestingly, Monday marks the 75th day of "Dhuruvangal 16", a murder mystery, in select cities across Tamil Nadu.
Starring actor Rahman in the lead, the film's story is about the last case he investigates before hanging up his boots.
