Hugh Grant's PM returns in 'Love Actually' sequel

London, March 6 (IANS) Actor Hugh Grant's Prime Minister David has returned as a married man in the sequel to the 2003 hit film "Love Actually".

At the end of the 2003 Christmas classic, Natalie, played by Martine McCutcheon, meets David at the airport and they kiss. Now, in photos tweeted by director Richard Curtis's partner Emma Freud, Grant has returned to play the PM once more, reports dailystar.co.uk.

Freud shared a photo of Grant speaking to a room full of journalists.

She tweeted: "And here he is. Our Prime Minister. Again. And still hot."

Freud then shared another major plot secret by tweeting a photo of McCutcheon gazing proudly at the PM and writing: "Our PM is still married. And she's still lovely."

A final image saw McCutcheon and Grant posing with Curtis, with Freud tweeting: "The PM, his wife and the writer who never worked out a good camera face."

The cast of "Love Actually" are returning for a ten-minute sequel for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day, a fund-raising event.

Daniel, Sam and Joanna (Liam Neeson, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Olivia Olson) all reunite. Other stars believed to be returning include Rowan Atkinson, Bill Nighy, Keira Knightley, Colin Firth and Andrew Lincoln.

However, Emma Thompson will not be returning.
