Los Angeles, Feb 1 (PTI) Singer John Mayer has announced 'The Search For Everything' world tour, barely a week after releasing the first spell of songs from his upcoming album.
The 39-year-old musician disclosed that the show will feature tracks set ranging from a full band to solo acoustic performances by him, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Mayer's performances will be supported by the sets from the John Mayer Trio.
The Grammy-winning singer was evidently out of the music scene since 2013's Paradise Valley and followed by the tour in 2014, but had announced last year that his seventh studio album will be released in waves of songs.
Mayer had teased that the new album will have "more songs than can fit on your standard-sized album" and promised fans they'll hear him more this year than they have heard him in a long time.
