Madrid, Jan 30 (IANS) Feliciano Lopez on Monday joined the Spanish Davis Cup tennis team in Osijek, where he will play against Croatia, replacing Rafael Nadal.
Lopez joined the team after the head of medical services at the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation advised against Nadal's participation during his recovery after the Australian Open, reports Efe.
The Spanish team for the Davis Cup consists of Feliciano Lopez, Roberto Bautista, Pablo Carre?o and Marc Lopez.
