Mumbai, Sep 5 (IANS) Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra feels yoga can eliminate stress, and hence makes it a point to perform yoga during elimination round in children's dance reality show "Super Dancer".
According to a source close to the production house, the actress finds it difficult to eliminate children during the audition rounds. She performs yoga during the elimination rounds.
"Shilpa being a mom loves kids and can't see any kid crying or upset during the elimination round. It's very tough for her to go through these rounds and hence she performs yoga on the set to release stress," the source added.
She will be judging the Sony Entertainment Television show along with choreographer Geeta Kapoor and filmmaker Anurag Basu. It will go on air from September 10.

Surbhi Jyoti in love with her bridal look for 'Ishqbaaaz'
Actress Surbhi Jyoti, who has entered "Ishqbaaaz", loves her bridal avatar in the TV show. She says it is very "chic and modern and extremely pretty".
Surbhi, last seen in the TV show "Qubool Hai", has entered the show as a runaway bride named Mallika Kabeer Chaudhary. She is seen wearing a pastel peach outfit with silver sequins.
"The lehenga is very well designed. I fell in love with it even before I wore it. It is silver with very beautiful work. It is chic and modern and extremely pretty," Surbhi said in a statement.
She added: "Even the jewellery that I am wearing with the lehenga is in sync with the delicate work. All in all, I really loved my look."

Viraf, Barkha get intimately close for 'Naamkarann'
Actors Viraf Phiroz Patel and Barkha Bisht have shot an intense scene for TV show "Naamkarann" with "absolute grace".
The makers of the show have recreated the popular song "Aaj jaane ki zid na karo" for the Star Plus show. And the lead actors of the show have done justice to the song.
"The scene required for the actors to be intimately close with each other and they performed this very difficult scene with absolute grace. The scene is breaking parameters for sensuousness and the entire scene was shot in just one take," said a source close to the show's makers.
The source added: "The chemistry between them for the scene was the talking point on the sets and everybody is going gaga over the two actors' performances."
The show, which will go on air from September 12, revolves around the life of a young girl Avni. The storyline of the show is progressive and will be questioning the social stigmas of the society. It will explore the journey of a 10-year-old who carves her own identity and takes charge of her own destiny.
