New Delhi, March 30 (IANS) Making a large investment in the analytics space to build capability and offer services to counter data fails in the country, leading global high value services provider Concentrix has made its business intelligence and reporting (BIR) services available in India.
Major companies in every industry are constantly worried over data that fails to provide real-time insights for taking action.

Nearly two-thirds of decision makers say they have trouble getting clear answers from dashboard metrics. In-house BIR efforts are hampered - or stopped altogether - by poor data quality and lack technical skills.
