An NRI Anupama Sunkara took offense to comedian Ali's comments on women during audio releases and film functions. She took a backlash in social media from movie fans and mini-celebrities those things are common in the film industry and it should be taken as a joke.
Ali is in news once again facing the ire of women, for his nasty comments on heroines. During the audio release of Size Zero, Ali tried to make fun by passing comments on Anushka's thighs. He remarked Sonal Chauhan has no flesh and said he only became a fan of Anushka after seeing her thunder thighs in Billa.
He further added,"If you want to know more about Anushka's thighs you can ask director Raghavendra Rao, who is sitting there with a smile on his face.Who would know about heroines' thighs better than him?". Everyone including Anushka and Raghavendra Rao broke into laughter.
Though it was all in good fun from Ali's perspective, this has offended the women watching the show as they felt it was merely an unwanted talk on stage. It's high time, Ali changes his script for audio functions.
