Mumbai, Sep 12 (SocialNews.XYZ) Rapper Tyga has remembered his late mother Pasionaye Nicole Nguyen on her birth anniversary and said that he misses her every day.

Tyga, whose real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson, took to Instagram, where he shared a picture of himself sitting next to his mother’s grave and wrote: “Happy Bday Mom. I Love you and we miss u everyday.”

Tyga's mother passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 53. The rapper had shared the news a month later through a heartfelt Instagram tribute on February 21, 2025.

Tyga’s name is a backronym for Thank You God Always. He signed a recording contract with Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, an imprint of Cash Money Records and Republic Records in 2008.

His second album and major label debut, Careless World: Rise of the Last King in 2012, peaked at number four on the Billboard 200, received platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

It spawned the Billboard Hot 100-top ten single "Rack City", as well as the top 40 single "Faded". His third album, Hotel California, debuted in the top ten of the Billboard 200, followed by his collaborative album with singer Chris Brown, Fan of a Fan: The Album, which became his best-selling album worldwide.

Executive-produced by Kanye West, it became his lowest-selling album to that point, with estimated sales of 5,000 album-equivalent units in its first week. His fifth and sixth albums, BitchImTheShit2 and Kyoto, were both met with continued stagnation. His May 2018 single, "Taste," became his first top 40 single since 2015's "Ayo".

After months of speculation, Tyga confirmed his highly publicised relationship with reality star Kylie Jenner in August 2015. However, this relationship sparked controversy due to the age disparity. The couple split in April 2017.

Curtis took to Instagram, where she said she wears Westbrook’s wig whenever she speaks about children’s health, as a tribute to her friend’s resilience, humour and grace during her battle with the disease.

She wrote on Instagram: “My friend Katie Westbrook died 25 years ago. Her mother's beautiful essay questioning the lack of progress and a treatment for the horrific cancer that took her life is in my bio.”

“I wear her wig whenever I talk about children's health as a way of reminding people of her resilient spirit, humor, and grace during the fight of her life.#neverforget,” Lee Curtis added.

Jamie Lee Curtis is known for her performances in the horror and slasher genres, alongside multiple comedies, she is regarded as a "scream queen".

Curtis has received numerous accolades, including an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, two Golden Globes, and two Actor Awards, as well as a nomination for a Grammy Award.

Curtis made her screen debut in a 1977 episode of the television drama Quincy, M.E.. Her film debut came with Halloween and established her as a prominent scream queen.

The film stars Sandra, Nicole Kidman, Dianne Wiest, and Stockard Channing reprising their roles from the previous film, alongside new cast members Joey King, Lee Pace, Maisie Williams, Xolo Maridueña, and Solly McLeod.

The first installment, which was released in 1998, had Bullock and Kidman play sisters Sally and Gillian Owens, descended from a long line of witches.

Taking to Instagram, Padma shared a video of the 9/11 attack and paid tribute to the first responders who risked their lives during the tragedy 25 years ago.

She took to the caption section, where she recalled how the day changed her life for everyone 25 years ago.

“Growing up as a kid in New York, those twin towers were always a landmark. I remember my mom always telling me to look up for them when we went downtown. I remember the day the world changed for all of us 25 years ago,” Padma wrote in the caption.

She added: I was away from my beloved city and my heart ached for all that we lost. Those twin towers were an emblem of our childhood. They were part of an age gone by for so many of us. Thank you to all the first responders who put their lives and health on the line.”

“Thinking today of all the lives lost and the families who were irrevocably affected.”

The September 11 attacks were a coordinated series of suicide attacks perpetrated by al-Qaeda against the United States in 2001. A total of 19 hijackers commandeered four commercial passenger airliners.

The first two planes were flown into each of the Twin Towers in New York City, while the third plane crashed into the Pentagon, the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense, in Arlington County, Virginia. The fourth plane crashed in a rural field in Pennsylvania during a passenger revolt.

Born in India, Lakshmi immigrated to the United States as a child. She became a model before embarking on a career on television. She has written five books. She rose to prominence by hosting Top Chef.

Lakshmi is the creator, host, and executive producer of the docuseries Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi. She has received 16 Primetime Emmy Award nominations.

Pink wrote a long post on Instagram, where she has clarified her views on the Israel-Gaza conflict while speaking about her Jewish identity and calling for the protection of innocent lives on all sides.

She wrote: “I’ve been quiet in my own words for a week, which you know isn’t like me. So here they are. Last Sunday I reposted somebody else’s post about Macklemore’s set at Ed Sheeran’s show. It said things in words I didn’t write, and I wouldn’t have chosen all of them. Then the comments came, and I did what I do when I’m hurt, which is post snarky memes and act like I’m fine. That’s on me.”

She shared that a “repost isn’t a statement, and a meme isn’t a spine.”

“Social media makes all of us cheap and fast, and we all know it. But I’d rather be disagreed with for what I actually said than hated for what anybody else wrote, so let me say it,” Pink said.

Pink said she was born “a Jew”.

“I didn’t pick it, and I’ve never hidden it. And this week a whole lot of people decided what I believe without asking me, without checking a single thing I’ve ever said or done, because a repost and the word “Jew” were apparently enough to fill in the rest. But let me fill it in... myself.”

The singer said that she doesn’t speak for “Israel, or for any government.”

“Of course I don’t speak for Israel, or for any government. I never have. What I said in October 2023 is still exactly what I believe: Hamas is a terrorist organization. Palestinians deserve a future that honors their humanity and their aspirations,” she wrote.

“Protecting innocent life comes first, everywhere, and nobody should ever celebrate the death of a child. Anybody’s child. I’ve spent a decade as a UNICEF ambassador for kids who didn’t choose the country or the war they were born into, and I have grieved every one of them, on both sides of that fence.”

“I didn’t do it from behind a screen; I went to those children and held them. I’m not going to litigate a complex war in an Instagram caption, and I’m not going to recite anybody’s slogan to earn back a follower.”

Pink says she is standing up for her Jewish identity despite backlash, rejecting assumptions about her views while calling for the safety and humanity of Jews, Palestinians, Muslims and Israelis. She says she will continue speaking out in her own words.

“And now I'm standing up for my own people, and I thought I knew going in how lonely that would be. And it's lonelier than that. But I'm doing it anyway. Something has changed in this country, and can read it in my own comments.”

Pink says she feels people have unfairly labelled her and assumed her views, but she refuses to stay silent about her Jewish identity and beliefs.

"From the river to the sea." "Zionist," spat like it's a slur, by people who couldn't tell you the details of what I believe, because I hadn't told them yet. I wasn't asked. I was told. I don't think most of them hate Jews.”

She said that she can handle being portrayed as the “villain” but won’t accept it quietly.

Pink says that no one has to agree with one thing “Israel's government does to not want the Jewish family two rows down from you to be scared or targeted at a concert. That's the scared or targeted at a concert. That's the only thing I'm asking anybody for.”

“To the ones who are frightened this week, Jewish or Muslim or Palestinian or Israeli or just tired of all of it: I see you. And if anybody wants to really know what I think, just ask me. I'm right here. I've never been hard to find. And I'll keep speaking out, in my own words. It's Friday.”

“For working people who have more to worry about than pop stars and pile- ons, it's the end of a hard week. It's also the 25th anniversary of September 11th, and my prayers are with the innocent souls we lost that morning.”

“And at sundown, for Jews, it's Rosh Hashanah, our New Year. Now I'm going to go make dinner for my kids, light the candles, dip some apples in honey, pour a glass of wine and be full of gratitude. That's my tradition. It also happens to be a Jewish one. Shana tova.”

She shared that she never imagined she'd find love with a guy, so she was shocked when she realised she had begun to feel attracted to the British reality star, who she met when they both took part in Celebrity Big Brother UK in April 2025.

She recently appeared on the Wildmen podcast, where she said, “I've always been grossed out by dudes. I've been talking about my boy best friends. They are conventionally hot men, right? Chris is a very conventionally hot dude. (But) I thought (he) was just another friend. Once I realised that I wasn't grossed out by the thought of him being a boy, I was like, ‘Whoa’. It was weird because I'd never thought that before”.

She further mentioned, “I just never thought it was possible. And people always say, ‘Oh, you know, what if something happened with Chris, who would you date? Would you go for boys or girls?’ And I say, ‘Well, at this point, I have no right to say’. You can find interviews of me where I have sworn on how gross dudes are and I'll never be with one and how I'm head over heels in love with one. I really do think that Chris is very much so the special dude”.

JoJo has always found it confusing trying to label her sexuality, but she has settled on the "umbrella term" of "queer".

“I put the label pansexual on it. Then it was confusing. And so, I was like, ‘All right, I'll be a lesbian’. But I said, ‘OK, I'll be gay. It's just easier to say gay, but I'm a lesbian if we all need to know the technical terms’. I just am the umbrella term of queer or pansexual, because yeah, I fell in love with a boy. Here we are”, she added.

She previously admitted she had been "craving" a wedding for the first time because she is so happy with Chris, 33.

The 88-year-old actor previously teamed up with the filmmaker on sci-fi horror ‘Eyes In The Trees’, which is currently in post-production, and now they are set to work together again on the post-apocalyptic sci-fi story, with further casting currently taking place before shooting starts in Los Angeles, reports ‘Female First UK’.

The film’s synopsis reads, "A dying planet has forced the last remnants of humanity underground. 2048 unfolds inside a vast subterranean society controlled by the Collective, an authoritarian regime that governs nearly every aspect of life and has erased all memory of the world above”.

It added, "The story follows Wesley, an ordinary worker whose life is upended when he becomes entangled with a hidden resistance questioning everything the Collective has taught them. As Wesley begins searching for the truth, he draws the attention of Bryant, played by Hopkins, the brilliant and ruthless architect of the Collective, who maintains his grip over society through surveillance, manipulation and psychological terror”.

As per ‘Female First UK’, the film’s script has been penned by Sean Ryan. The Oscar-winning actor explained he and Woodward had been talking about finding another film to work on together, and he is fascinated by the tale being told in ‘2048’.

He said, “Having recently been directed by Tim Woodward Jr., I thought it would be interesting to find another script to film. There were a number of suggestions and ideas briefly talked about, and then, suddenly, the screenplay 2048 emerged from those conversations. The story is complex and fascinating, it taps into the mysterious contradictions that are hidden within human nature, our capacity for both extraordinary creative achievement and compassion, and the terrible mystery of cruelty. Bryant is an equally complex character, intelligent, restrained and frightening in the absolute conviction with which he views the world. I am so looking forward to working with Timothy again and to bring this story to life”.

And the 42-year-old filmmaker hailed it a "dream come true" to be working with ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ actor again.

He said, “Working with Anthony again is a dream come true. He is truly one of the greatest actors of our time. He brings such depth, intelligence and quiet intensity to every role, which makes him perfect for Bryant. At its core, 2048 is a story about freedom, control and one man’s fight to discover the truth”.

Born to Burn's Natalie Burn will produce along with Volodymyr Artemenko of Eastern Film Investment.

It’s crazy how artists used to come to all kinds of cities and countries before they became huge, but once they’re mainstream, suddenly fans are expected to travel across Europe just to see them. The actress, 62, recently appeared on the talk show ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’, and shared that she was secretly caring for her newborn son, Louis, while attending the 2010 Academy Awards.

She was feted with the Academy Awards for Best Actress for her work in ‘The Blind Side’. The film, which starred Bullock as real-life football mom Leigh Anne Tuohy, was released in 2009 and also won Best Picture at the 2010 Academy Awards.

Asked by Mark Consuelos what she remembered most about winning the Oscar that night, Bullock quipped, “Nothing”.

Kelly Ripa replied, “Nobody does”.

The actress said, “Well, I had maybe two hours of sleep? I was hiding a newborn. No one knew I had Lou, and he had acid reflux, so he slept only every two hours. So I don’t remember much of the night”.

The ‘Gravity’ actress said that despite the significance of the evening, she was primarily focused on getting home to her son.

She further mentioned, “But I do know that I wanted to get home because I wanted to do the feeding, because I knew who was there with him was probably struggling”.

The actress said when she finally returned home, she was still wearing her Oscars gown. “I was there in the dress, and I couldn’t get out of the dress, so I just sat in the dress with Lou. (The) Oscar was on the floor and Lou was on my lap”.

“It was the best way to have that night because it was so overwhelming in general. I think it would have been more overwhelming had I not been so tired. And I just wanted to go home”, she added.

“I am very lucky and fortunate and I'm very grateful to God that I have a lot more means so I can have help. I couldn't have come here if I didn't have help.”

The Dil Se actress also stressed that while support can ease the challenges of balancing professional and personal responsibilities, it cannot replace a mother.

“Of course, no one can substitute for the mother but my mom is there, we have other people. So yes, it's not easy but then if you want different things in life then you have to put everything aside and see different things at different times. So obviously it's not easy but it's not that tough also when you have the means,” she added.

The Veer-Zaara actress also praised women who manage work and family responsibilities without the same resources.

“There are a lot of women who don't have the means and they are doing it. So when I look at those situations I say hats off to them and I'm very grateful to God that I do have those choices,” she said.

For the uninitiated, Preity had taken an eight-year hiatus from films before making her return to the silver screen with the period drama Batwara 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and backed by Aamir Khan Productions. The film, starring Sunny Deol, released in theatres on August 14, 2026.

Clooney was speaking at a Masterclass at the Biennale Cinema 2026, where he first spoke about how he got to direct Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, which released in 2002.

Clooney said: “ Confessions of a Dangerous Mind that had been around for a long time lot of directors tied to it and it wasn’t getting made… And I went to Steven Soderbergh, he was my partner and he said if I want to get this made will you direct it.”

“He said I cant I dont have the time and he said you should direct it and I was like I don’t really know how and he said Ill amke you a deal you direct it and if you totally f it up I’ll take over. And luckily for me he didn’t had to… It was more about I was trying to get a film made… but then I thought I fell in love with the proces…”

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind is a 2002 American biographical spy film directed by Clooney in his directorial debut. It stars Sam Rockwell as game show host and producer Chuck Barris; based on Barris' 1984 "unauthorized autobiography" of the same name.

Clooney said that filmmaking is an art.

“Sometimes it’s an art and sometime is not… I have done some films that are definitely not art… But when you do it right it is art. The director is the painter and everything else is the paint…. An actor only affects as much as a director decides… I could change any actor’s performance as a director. I could cute him out for that matter,” Clooney added.

He then revealed being cut out from the film The Thin Red Line, an epic war film written and directed by Terrence Malick.

“I remember I did a Thin Red Line it was an interesting film. Terrence Malick was coming back he ahdn’t worked in 15 years and wanted to come back do a film… So, I thought I want to help him get this film made and I want to do this part for him and I was in Australia shooting for months and then he cut me completely out except the last scene in the film.”

“The very last scene in the film… And he’s like pretty fun. So you can change people’s performances,” he quipped.

The Thin Red Line is the second film adaptation of the 1962 novel by James Jones, following the 1964 film. Telling a fictionalized version of the Battle of Mount Austen, which was part of the Guadalcanal campaign in the Pacific Theater of the Second World War, it portrays U.S. soldiers of C Company, 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division.

Forgotten Island is releasing in cinemas on September 25. It follows the story of high school graduates Jo and Raissa, who have been best friends since grade school but are now about to embark on separate life paths.

While celebrating their last night together, Jo and Raissa stumble upon a mysterious portal that transports them to the fantastical island of Nakali, packed with magical and mythological creatures they grew up hearing stories about from their Filipino families. As they navigate this mysterious new world, their friendship becomes the heart of an extraordinary adventure.

Chris Grun traveled to the Philippines in spring 2025 for a 10-day research trip through the islands and Manila. During the trip, Mercado’s relatives hosted a raucous welcome party for the creative team and for Crawford’s visiting family. The gathering later inspired the going-away party Raissa’s family throws for her in the film.

“The Philippines is beautiful,” Crawford says.

“The culture was a huge part of what we wanted to celebrate in this movie. It is incredibly warm and welcoming, the kind of place where, if you are there, you are family. Everyone is singing, dancing, eating and drinking together. And the myths still feel very alive there. Everyone we met had a story about seeing Manananggal.”

The new original film is written and directed by Joel Crawford and Januel P. Mercado, and produced by Mark Swift, the filmmaking team behind Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.

The film stars Grammy and Academy Award winner H.E.R. and international star Liza Soberano as high school graduates Jo and Raissa, alongside an all-star voice cast featuring Emmy nominee Jenny Slate, Manny Jacinto, Dolly de Leon, Jo Koy, and Emmy winner Ronny Chieng.

Forgotten Island is a fantasy adventure comedy film. The film is set during the 1990s in the Philippines, the story follows two childhood friends, Raissa and Jo, who become trapped in the mystical world of Nakali, which gradually feeds on the memories of those within—where they must escape before they forget about each other.

Goulding took to Instagram, where she shared a heartfelt note about how she has been writing down her thoughts and crafting pop songs with her guitar since the age of eight, describing music as a way to escape difficult moments and find joy.

She wrote in the caption section: “Hello to new fans and my loyal babies. Happy to present new songs to you.

"Since I was 8 I’ve been writing out my thoughts, or figuring out the awesome art of pop songs, just me and my guitar, and I escaped from horrors and found joy in equal measure in every one of them (even if the song never came to light, valuable days upon days in the studio with writers and producers I love) I celebrate the freedom I have in weaving my voice and my words into these different soundscapes and I celebrate having you all with me on this journey to listen.

She went on to thank her fans for being part of her journey, saying that becoming a singer and performing for an audience was all she ever wanted.

Goulding added: “We grow together. There’s nothing more potent than that since all I ever wanted was to be a singer and hopefully have a stage and an audience to do it. I’ve achieved that and more, and not a day goes by I’m not grateful for you and for the chance to do it. Thank you endlessly for your support and love, can’t tell you how much it means to me. Goulding's debut single "Under the Sheets" was released through Neon Gold Records in 2009, and signed with Polydor Records that same year. Her debut studio album, Lights, debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart, and was reissued as Bright Lights, spawning three successful singles: a cover of Elton John's "Your Song", "Starry Eyed", and "Lights".

Goulding's second studio album, Halcyon, was preceded by its lead single "Anything Could Happen", and a repackaged edition titled Halcyon Days produced the single "Burn", which became her first No. 1 single in the UK.

She then collaborated with DJ Calvin Harris on two singles: "I Need Your Love" and "Outside". Goulding received a Grammy Award nomination for her single "Love Me like You Do", which was recorded for the soundtrack of Fifty Shades of Grey.

The actor, who co-wrote the song with Iam Tongi, shared that the track was written as a father’s love letter to his three daughters and features on their ‘Moana’-inspired album ‘Voices Across The Ocean’.

An ecstatic star took to Instagram, where he wrote: “Okaay cool & unexpected! My new original song, “Your Dad” cracked the TOP 10 in Hong Kong! I wrote this song with my brother @wtongi as a father’s love letter to my 3 daughters. The track is featured on our Moana inspired by album, titled “Voices Across The Ocean”.

He went on to express gratitude to Katseye, Beyonce and the band U2 for the track.

“From @katseyeworld to @u2 to @beyonce ~ I’m in pretty damn good company… Aiight lemme break out this @teremana since I’m an advocate of everyone celebrating all their wins big or small! Cheers,” he wrote.

Johnson’s latest release is the live-action of Moana. The film stars Rena Owen, John Tui, Frankie Adams, Jemaine Clement and Catherine Laga'aia.

Moana follows a spirited Polynesian village chief's daughter who is chosen by the ocean to restore a mystical relic to the goddess Te Fiti. To save her dying island, she sets sail to track down the exiled demigod Maui, learn the ancient art of wayfinding, and lift a dark curse.

He will next be seen in 'Jumanji: The Open World'. The upcoming installment will bring back Hart as Franklin Finbar, Johnson as Dr. Bravestone, Jack Black as Professor Sheldon Oberon and Karen Gillan as Ruby Roundhouse.

Jumanji, first released in 1995, was directed by Joe Johnston and was based on the 1981 children's picture book by Chris Van Allsburg. The film is the first installment in the Jumanji film series and stars Robin Williams, Kirsten Dunst, David Alan Grier, Bonnie Hunt, Jonathan Hyde, and Bebe Neuwirth.

“It’s raining in California… which feels like the perfect day for a rewatch,” he wrote as the caption.

“The Vampire Diaries” supernatural teen drama based on the book series of the same name written by L. J. Smith. The series premiered in 2009 and concluded in 2017, having aired 171 episodes over eight seasons. It became the most-watched series on the network before being surpassed by Arrow.

In April 2015, lead actress Nina Dobrev, who played Elena Gilbert, confirmed that she would be leaving the show after its sixth season. Dobrev returned to record a voice-over for the seventh-season finale and returned as a guest star in the series finale.

In 2016, the CW renewed the series for an eighth season, but in July of that year announced that the eighth season, consisting of 16 episodes, would be the show's last. The Vampire Diaries significantly influenced the supernatural teen drama genre, contributing to a surge in vampire-themed media during the late 2000s and early 2010s.

Asked Mary Kom, who has been fondly given the title of “Magnificent Mary”, who could be the next Mary Kom in boxing, according to her, she told IANS: “According to me, nobody.”

Sharing the reason, the London Olympic Bronze medallist replied: “Why? Because they are not disciplined… There are so many boxers; they achieve (win) it one or two times. But how many times? One is enough? Two is enough? But consistently, they are not achieving. That is only Mary Kom. Only we can have Mary Kom in India (sic).”

“So, there are so many upcoming boxers. Yes, they are performing very well. They achieve (win) one time, then they are satisfied. They are satisfied; they are done as they already got fame, popularity, money, everything at the same time.”

“Then they are satisfied. The hunger is finished. Then I can only say who will be the next Mary Kom… So, I say that one is enough,” said the sportswoman, who became the most successful boxer at world championships in 2019.

Mary spoke about the future of Northeastern boxing talents such as Jadumani Singh Mandengbam and Lovlina Borgohain.

“They are doing very well. At the same time… I'm also from the Northeast side. Jadumani is from my own state, Manipur. Lovlina is also from Assam. They are doing very well there.”

Mary said: “At the same time, I wish and pray that in the upcoming games like the Asian Games and the Olympic Games, if they perform well, I will be very grateful… We are giving an excellent performance.”

Mary, whose life was adapted into the 2014 biographical film titled "Mary Kom" starring Priyanka Chopra in the title role, hopes and prays that they continue their splendid performance for years to come.

“Let's wish and pray that this time again, at the Asian Games, if they perform, it will be amazing. So this is something, Northeast talent we have actually (sic).”

Talking about her reason for joining “Bigg Boss 20” despite having a flourishing career in sports, Mary said: “This is my, you know, personal (feeling) that this platform is big, so I just want to go and see, to explore and… How I deal with people, how I converse with them.”

However, after getting back together for the group's long-awaited reunion tour last year, they are now closer than ever and are more like "mates".

Noel Gallagher spoke about his brother in their new documentary film ‘Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger’, which chronicles their reunion. He said, “We never used to text each other much but now we text each other stupid videos like two mates would. We’re in contact way way way more often than we ever were. It was all forgiven without saying a word. I use this word to describe what he has been like, a word I never thought I would use to describe him, which is delightful”.

While Noel acknowledged his brother could be difficult to work with during rehearsals, he is awestruck by his stage presence.

He further mentioned, “There’s two Liams, the one that turns up at rehearsals and there’s the guy on stage who bounces a tambourine on his head. And makes it look cool. You know if I did that I’d look like an utter ****. But somehow he does it and it’s the greatest thing I’ve ever seen. I’d forgotten what he means to people. The songs are one thing but it’s what he means to them”.

Liam said, “The music brought us back together. Oasis man. Oasis saves”. Despite the years of animosity between them, the siblings now view one another as "equals".

Noel said, “All the little things that used to annoy us about each other have suddenly all gone away, it’s not a power struggle anymore, we’ve come out now as equals”.

Liam shared, “It feels like a weight has been lifted. We all said st that didn’t matter. I didn’t realise it was coming out of my mouth, half the s***. That’s the way it is”.

An old clip from ‘The Graham Norton Show’ has resurfaced on the Internet, and it shows the actress recollecting how she managed to get her dialogues right.

She said, “The writers would sometimes give you new scripts right on the spot or right before and sometimes I also didn't prepare as much as I should have so I would um like put the uh my lines either in the fruit bowl sometimes in the sink. One time in particular I had something large to say. It was like I would call it like a paragraph and I was like 2 inches, and that sounds weird. Anyway yes and Matt LeBlanc didn't tell me obviously it was a prank on me and he took my I didn't know it at all and he took the piece of paper that I had in the fruit bowl and I was like getting an apple and I just I I don't do you say wong it winged it whatever the word is I did, and I think it worked out but that was not okay”.

The show host asked her, “But did he confess?” to which she said, “Yeah on the friends reunion. Not till there. That's when I learned it. That's a long time to keep that secret”.

The 62-year-old actress said that she misses her ‘The Proposal’ co-star, who died in 2021 just before her 100th birthday, but Sandra insisted she believes Betty is still around.

She told Kylie Kelce on her Not Gonna Lie podcast, “Betty White is everything. I say ‘is everything’ cause I know she’s still floating around. Betty was the epitome of a human who lived her best life, found the best love, made lemonade out of absolutely everything, had timing that was unbelievable”.

She shared, “You just don’t even bother to say anything funny (when in a scene with her). Don’t try. Just let it be Betty because she just could own a room. She was incredible”.

Sandra has great memories of filming 2009’s ‘The Proposal’ with Betty and Ryan Reynolds, as she said, “We had a day where we were on this little boat. It was Ryan, Betty, I think just me. I don’t think anyone else is on it. And it was freezing”.

She added, “And they’re like, ‘Sandra, do you want a jacket?’ I’m like, ‘Yes.’ I’m in these heels, and I’m freezing, and I have this big down coat, and Ryan’s got a down coat. Betty goes, ‘No, I’m fine.’ I’m like, ‘F*****”.

Following Betty’s death in 2021, Sandra called her a “loving, decent, optimistic, inclusive, hilarious human being”.

Betty White was one of Hollywood’s most beloved and enduring entertainers, with a career spanning more than 8 decades. She was born in 1922, and later achieved global popularity through iconic shows such as The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls.

The halftime show won for directing, lighting design, music direction, sound mixing, choreography and technical direction while ‘The Traitors’ won in hosting, directing, picture editing, cinematography, and production design, reports ‘Deadline’.

The awards kicked off with the first of back-to-back ceremonies this weekend at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

As per ‘Deadline’, the awards double bill formerly known as the Creative Arts Emmys will into the televised Primetime Emmys on September 14 on NBC and Peacock. The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny, The Traitors and The Late Show With Stephen Colbert were among the big winners.

In the solo categories, Jimmy Kimmel was feted as the best game show host, Octavia Spencer won for narrating Lost Women of Alaska, and a teary-eyed Mariska Hargitay took home Emmys for best documentary and for directing My Mom Jayne. She’s also set to host the Primetime Emmys next Monday.

Mariska Hargitay said, “I can’t believe I get to do all this great stuff”.

Mariska Hargitay already won an Emmy for Law & Order: SVU. Wanda Sykes opened the night by welcoming the audience to “one-third of television’s biggest night”.

It was a crack about how the Television Academy has rejiggered the longtime name of the Creative Arts Emmys to Emmys Night 1 and Night 2.

Wanda Sykes said, “The Emmys are spread across three glorious nights. It’s a little like the friend who celebrates a birthday month because they like free margaritas”.

This weekend’s ceremonies will hand out a total of 102 statuettes across numerous categories for this year’s crop of Emmy nominees. It will focus on guest actors, supporting actor or actress in limited series and writing for a limited series.

Sources say that the makers are exploring all options possible in a bid to release the film this month.

The film, which is based on a story by ‘Drishyam’ director Jeethu Joseph, has been directed by R. Madhesh and produced by Punnagai Poo Gheetha.

Sources say that the film will be a fun-filled family entertainer. Set against the backdrop of a leading software company in London, the film features Shriya as a senior executive and Vemal as an employee working under her. Their contrasting personalities lead to a series of clashes involving love, ego, humour and unexpected twists, forming the heart of the story.

Adding to the fun will be actor Sathyan, who gets hilariously caught between Vemal and Shriya during their constant confrontations. The trio’s combination is expected to be one of the film’s biggest comedy highlights.

Apart from Shriya Saran, Vemal and Sathyan, the film will also feature Prabhu, K. R. Vijaya, Punnagai Poo Gheetha, Rekha, Dev Gill, Uma Padmanabhan, Mahanadi Shankar and Crane Manohar in prominent roles.

The film boasts of a sound technical team as well. Well known music director Amrish has scored the music for this hilarious entertainer, while gifted cinematographer Gurudev has served as the film's cameraman. Editing for the film is by Dinesh Ponraj while Ayyappan has headed the department of art direction.

Action sequences in the film have been choreographed by one of the best in the business, Kanal Kannan, while the dance sequences in the film have been choreographed by the very talented Habeeb.

Sources claim the film will be packed with elements of romance, comedy, family emotions and conflicts and that the film itself will be a lively family entertainer.

Mumbai, Sep 5 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actor Jesse Eisenberg opened up about his unexpected holiday ordeal in Turks and Caicos, revealing that losing his passport turned what he described as an otherwise challenging vacation into an “incredible experience.”

Eisenberg was talking to Jimmy Fallon on his chat show. A video clip from the chat had the two discussing how the vacation became an “incredible experience” after he lost his passport.

Fallon said that the actor got stuck there because he lost your passport and went on to show a picture of him standing by the pool. He went on to quip: “Looks like you're having a blast.”

Eisenberg replied: “Well, they told me to smile and that's how I smile. Yes. I'm not a beach person. You know, I went down there and like kind of this professional thing, a wife's colleague.”

“And so, you know, I don't like when it's hot or if there's sand or if people are happy. And so, but then on the second day, a miracle occurred, which is that I lost my passport. And then it was amazing because then I had a task.

The actor got busy, which made his vacation even better.

“I was on the phone with the embassy. I was on the phone with the airlines. I was walking around. I was with security. I went to the police station in Turks and Caicos. It turned out to be this incredible experience, you know,” said Eisenberg.

A stunned Fallon said: “Not what one would expect.”

Eisenberg added: “No, but I will say if you're anything like me and you go on a vacation, you know, with your family or something, you know, misplace it at least for a day or something. Misplace your passport.”

Did he get his passport back finally?

A disappointed sounding Eisenberg replied: “So yeah. So like I canceled it with the embassy. I was speaking to somebody. She was in the Coast Guard. It was fascinating. Why is she in the Coast Guard? But she's dealing with my passport. Not a good idea, you know. But anyway, like so and then finally, so I canceled it.”

“I reported my passport as lost, right. And then I got to the airport and they say, right this way. And of course we have your passport. And I was like, wait, how did you get it? And they were like, somebody brought it here.”

“And I was like, oh, I just canceled it. I didn't think to check the airport. Yeah, I'll tell you why. I was too distracted being happy about dealing with the embassy.”
