Tagging her as his "dear friend," Banderas wished Hayek a wonderful birthday and sent her "a big hug" from his hometown of Malaga, delighting fans with the affectionate gesture.

He shared a picture of himself with Hayek and wrote: “Querida amiga @salmahayek te deseo un maravilloso día de cumpleaños. Un fuerte abrazo desde Málaga. Happy birthday”

Grown Ups is directed by Dennis Dugan, and written by Sandler and Fred Wolf. The film's plot tells the story of five lifelong friends who won their junior high school basketball championship in 1978. They reunite three decades later for a 4th of July weekend after learning about the death of their former coach.

The second installment was released in 2013. The sequel to the 2010 film, Grown Ups, it was directed by Dennis Dugan, written by Sandler, Fred Wolf, and Tim Herlihy. In the film, Lenny moves his family back to his hometown, where he reunites with his old friends. Together, they face bizarre situations and new enemies in the form of a local fraternity.

The actor was seen seated in the private plane as he headed to Italy along with his team. It was here when Diljit along with another team member were seen talking to the camera in Punjabi and having a great time.

Mumbai, September 3 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actress Nimisha Sajayan has opened up about the demanding physical transformation she underwent for her role in Babita Singh Reporting.

The actress revealed that she gained nearly 14 kg for the character and described the experience of eating her way up to 8,000 calories a day as an “absolute nightmare”.

Nimisha, who plays Assistant Sub-Inspector Babita Singh in the Ambiecka Pandit directorial, in an exclusive conversation with IANS, told she weighed 58 kg when she was selected for the role.

She then began working with a team of professionals to gain weight specifically for the character, eventually reaching 72 kg.

Speaking about the transformation, Nimisha revealed, “Yes, I gained like almost 14 kgs for the character. I was 58 when I got selected, then we started working on the weight gain journey, so we had this set of professionals, Dr. Siddhant Karan and Chef Saif Dada. So first it started with 1,200 calories and it went up to like 8,000 calories.”

Ask about the experience of consuming such a large amount of food, the actress did not mince her words.

“It was a nightmare, it was an absolute nightmare for me. 8,000 calories is a lot. 8,000 calories is like a lot of food, you know, I was literally stuffing food, but I enjoyed the process, you know, because it got me more closer to the character, maybe, so I had fun,” she said.

The physical transformation was central to Nimisha's portrayal of Babita, an underconfident police officer who is largely dismissed at work and constantly finds herself adjusting to the expectations of people around her.

Nimisha also added that she immediately got to losing all the weight after the fruit of Babita reporting concluded.

"I got back to my 1000 calories per day and worked out hard," said Nimisha.

In a conversation with IANS, Nimisha had earlier also opened up about being judged for her looks and said she has reached a stage where such remarks no longer affect her in the same way.

“I too have been judged on the way I look many times. But it doesn't affect me,” she said.

Drawing a parallel between herself and Babita, Nimisha said there comes a point when repeated disrespect pushes a person to react.

“You take it but there's a point of disrespect, and after a point, you start reacting,” she said, adding that this is also reflected in Babita's journey.

The comments have now prompted a response from Asim. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), he shared a post apparently aimed at the television personalities who had discussed his claims.

“I saw another clip from a podcast where these TV industry aunties and uncles were talking about how I bring TRP to every reality show I do. Well, the answer is YES, I DO. Good luck with your careers n keep playing your roles and being puppets in the industry,” Asim wrote.

For the uninitiated, during an episode of Rubina and Abhinav's podcast The4POV, they, along with Hina and Rocky were seen discussing the culture of publicity, controversies and the role of contestants in making reality shows popular.

During the same conversation, the group also discussed Asim's previous claims about his contribution to the success and TRPs of reality shows he has participated in.

Hina was heard referring to an interview in which Asim had spoken about his impact on shows including Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi and Battleground. According to reports on the discussion, Hina said Asim appeared to flaunt that these shows gained traction because of his presence.

Rubina, who had worked with Asim on the reality show Battleground and Khatron Ke Khiladi, then recalled her experience of working with him. She criticised what she described as his behaviour towards the show's creative team and crew, saying she found the manner in which he spoke to them disrespectful.

Rubina also questioned Asim's claim that he was responsible for the TRPs of the reality shows. She called him a “nuisance value” and referred to his alleged misconduct behind the scenes.

For the uninitiated, Asim's response has reignited the controversy surrounding his stint on Battleground and his earlier participation in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.

He was removed from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 following a heated confrontation involving host Rohit Shetty and fellow contestants after he failed to complete a stunt.

'Cold Call' features four newcomers -- Siddu Moolimani, Sri Vaishnav, Santhosh S.A. and Krishna Vijay Chandran -- as its lead actors. The film will also star actors V. Srikanth, Balaji Rajasekar, Amitha Ranganatha, Nisha Hegde and Keerthana among others.

Giving out details of his film, director Thambidurai said that the story of 'Cold Call' would revolve around lives of salesmen.

"Sales representatives are very much a part of this society. The screenplay of Cold Call is based on incidents from their (Sales Representatives) everyday lives. It will present these incidents as comedy and feel-good entertainment," disclosed the director who went on to add that Gen Z audiences, who turned up to watch the film in theatres, would be able to relate to the story and enjoy it.

The story follows four friends who work as sales representatives, and their romance, conflicts and comedy have been woven together into two hours of entertainment.

The film boasts of a good technical team. 'Cold Call' has cinematography by G.N. Saravanan and has been assisted by cinematographers Gagan and Karthik Raja. Music for the film has been scored by Pranav Giridharan.Editing for the film has been handled by Suresh Arumugam.

The film has been co-directed by Shyam Eshwar and Nitin Sam Reginold. Interestingly, Nitin Sam Reginold has also penned the dialogues of the film along with Balaji Rajashekar, Thambidurai and Nuthan. Stunts for the film have been choreographed by Jaguar Sanappa while lyrics for the songs in the film have been penned by Pa Aravindhan and Armious. Sound design for the film is by Covai Film Studio.

Sources say that the ace music director will make a fun cameo appearance in the film.

Apart from acting in it, A R Rahman has also scored the music for the film.

Apart from Prabhudeva, the film will also feature actors Yogi Babu, Aju Varghese, Arjun Ashokan, Satz, Nishma, Sushmitha, Redin Kingsley, Mottai Rajendran, Lollu Sabha Swaminathan, Dr. Santhosh Jacob, Deepa Shankar, and Ramkumar Natarajan among others.

Another highlight of the movie, sources say, will be Yogi babu appearing in 16 different roles.

Sources claim that 'Moonwalk' will seek to seamlessly blend comedy, music and dance into a vibrant cinematic celebration.

Director Manoj NS, who is also the CEO of Behindwoods, said, "Deepavali is a festival that brings families together, and we want Moonwalk to do the same. This film has been created as a celebration of happiness, laughter, music, and dance. Three tracks from the film - 'Yethu', 'Tinga' and 'Macarena' - have been released from the film so far and have received a good response from audiences worldwide.

The film features cinematography by Anoop V. Shylaja, choreography by Sekhar VJ and Piyush Shazia, production design by Shanoo, and costume design by Divya George and Swetha Raju.

New Delhi, Sep 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actress Swara Bhaskar on Wednesday drew widespread criticism for "linking" the women who committed 'jauhar' in the film 'Padmavaat' to rape survivors of today, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) accusing her of being "ignorant" and "lacking historical understanding".

While revisiting her eight-year-old open letter to Padmaavat maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhaskar, at a recent event, said that the representation of thousands of women committing 'jauhar' to protect their "honour" could make rape survivors look like "cowards" today for choosing to live.

In reaction, BJP leader Shazia Ilmi accused the actress of being "ignorant and lacking an understanding of history and its essence".

"It is clearly evident that Swara Bhasker ji can neither grasp historical context, nor understand how women are viewed or how they view themselves across societies in our country, nor comprehend our country's constitutional values. I believe Swara Bhasker needs to understand all these. She is linking a medieval historical context—the context of 'Jauhar'—to that of rape survivors...in a way saying that they should not have performed 'Jauhar'," Ilmi told IANS.

"Perhaps she is unaware of how Yazidi women were explicitly used as sex slaves by ISIS...The sacrifice was made by Rajput women so that they wouldn't be taken captive, subjected to torture, exploitation, or mass rape. It was a matter of pride for them," Ilmi added.

Criticising Bhaskar, Uttar Pradesh Women Commission President Babita Singh Chauhan said: "We respect Swara Bhaskar's choice of marrying into another religion, but she should refrain from harbouring grudges against the Sanatan Dharma...historically, it was up to the queens of that time on how to protect their honour in the absence of their husbands and other prominent male figures."

Chauhan said that she won't comment on whether the practise of 'jauhar' was right or not, while maintaining that it was the personal decision of the queens in that time frame.

"Linking it to rapes is absolutely wrong."

Congress MP Tariq Anwar said: "At that time, it was a tradition; society accepted it. But today, as people's understanding has increased, their thinking has evolved, and their horizons have broadened, people have considered this thing wrong."

Rajasthan Finance Commission Chairman Arun Chaturvedi also told IANS that whatever decisions were taken by the queens back then were according to the historical situation. He echoed that such practises are not supported today.

"Judging a decision based on a certain situation in history would be wrong."

Meanwhile, Maulana Sajid Rashidi questioned that if someone is committing suicide in fear of rape or murder, "then how can they be Rajputs?"

"Rajputs are considered great warriors...so somewhere this film has conveyed the message that rape survivors are cowards and instead should have died, which I think is very hurtful for the latter and such films should not be allowed by the censor board," he told IANS.

The actress-director attended the press conference for the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday. Given the current state of wars and conflicts in Gaza, Ukraine, and west Asia, and the unrest in the United States, Maggie Gyllenhaal, who is the jury president, was asked whether cinema should be political.

Responding to the same, she said, “OK. May as well get into it”. She shared that movies are “fundamentally, unavoidably political”.

She went on, “Look, we could say, how are we possibly here talking about movies right now when the world is in a state of emergency? To me, the answer has something to do with empathy. I think that film allows an opening into an opportunity to find empathy inside of ourselves”.

She further mentioned, “I think we can challenge ourselves to hear stories about the most corrupt, most perverse people because it opens up the opportunity to find empathy for those people. I am here open. I am here curious”.

She was also asked about the lack of female directors in this year’s competition lineup. Only one film has made it for the Golden Lion, the drama ‘Woman Unknown’ by Danish-Egyptian director May El-Toukhysolely, was solely helmed by a woman. “I guess it’s finally become clear that men make better movies than women do”, she said.

“I will answer you seriously. There’s a systemic problem. It’s harder for women to get films financed. Could it be possible that women, having had a different experience of being alive in the world, want to make movies about are not always deemed high art? Who decides what’s good? Who decides what is valuable?”, she added.

Talking about how important it is for musicians today to reinvent themselves, Adnan Sami shared, “In earlier days, the music industry was an extension of the film industry. The majority of hits and songs used to come through playback singing, which is a concept that exists only in India. Through the direction of music directors and by adapting to new singing styles, singers used to reinvent themselves”.

He further mentioned, “Now, an independent scene has started, where singers have started coming in front of the camera and presenting themselves. This was always there in the West. Take Madonna, for example. She is the queen of reinvention. Some of them were good, some of them were not, but she always kept reinventing herself. It’s always important to keep changing and evolving. You and your music should both change a bit according to the times”.

Adnan Sami began his musical career in the early 1990s and rose to prominence with popular Hindi songs and albums. His breakthrough came with the album ‘Kabhi To Nazar Milao’, which became a major success. He is known for his versatility across Indian classical, pop and film music, and has received the Padma Shri from the Government of India in 2020.

Urmila was seen doing a special appearance in the song, however, she was not a part of the core cast of the drama.

For generations of viewers, this combination represented some of the most innovative, entertaining and memorable programming of the era. Mumbai, Sep 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) The Film Heritage Foundation’s 4K restoration of Kamal Amrohi’s 1972 classic 'Pakeezah' will be making its world premiere at France’s Festival Lumière in Lyon. It will also be shown at the BFI London Film Festival.
 

The restoration has been done by the non-profit organisation Film Heritage Foundation (FHF), along with the Amrohi family.

Expressing his excitement, Tajdar Amrohi, Son Of Kamal Amrohi, said, “I was at the grand premiere of 'Pakeezah' in 1972 with my father and Choti Ammi (Meena Kumari), and the film cans arrived at Maratha Mandir in a palanquin. I never imagined that I would be presenting the restored film with my family at the gala premiere in London fifty-four years later."

Sharing some fond memories associated with the iconic drama, he added, "I remember when I was a child, my father was deep into the making of Pakeezah. Everything in our lives revolved around Pakeezah. My father had put everything he had into the film and whenever we asked him for anything as children, his response would always be, “After Pakeezah.” Pakeezah was his life’s mission. I have so many memories of the film as I would regularly visit the sets on Floor No. 3 at Filmistan where much of the film was shot. The film has influenced generations of filmmakers and even today I am sometimes asked how he achieved some of the shots.”

Rukhsaar Amrohi, daughter of Kamal Amrohi, shared that 'Pakeezah' was her father’s obsession, something which gave meaning to his life.

She shared, "No one else could have played the role of Pakeezah, but Choti Ammi (Meena Kumari). She was Pakeezah. My father nurtured the film for over fifteen years like a child till it was fully matured and ready to be presented to the world. As a thirteen-year-old, I witnessed the countless sacrifices my father made and the relentless dedication and perfectionism in the face of almost insurmountable challenges to make his vision a reality."

"I only wish my father were alive to see his creation restored and reborn for the world to see fifty-four years after it was released," Rukhsaar concluded.

Mumbai, September 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) Ace filmmaker Subhash Ghai revisited his 1999 musical romantic drama ‘Taal’, recalling how the film brought together relatively new actors Aishwarya Rai and Akshaye Khanna with veteran actor Anil Kapoor.

Emphasising that its music, soundscape and larger-than-life visuals were a significant part of its storytelling, Subhash Ghai took to his social media account to share his thoughts on the film and said that he has never viewed 'Taal' as something meant for small screens.

Stressing that his films are conceived as theatrical experiences, he wrote, “I cud never think of cinema for small screens as a motion picture director as my camera has to give an experience of soundscape n larger visuals to the audience in theatres on big screens only. So I can never visualise a story telling as a pocket play. Even taal had new stars like Aishwarya n Akshaye Khanna with veteran anil kapoor. But music soundscape along with visuals were larger than life n it justified its story. So the crux is BIG SCREEN CINEMA IS BK. So I am on it. (sic) ”

The filmmaker's post was accompanied by a striking Taal poster featuring Aishwarya Rai, now Bachchan in a white outfit against a red backdrop.

Talking about Taal, the blockbuster hit released on August 13, 1999, and starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Akshaye Khanna and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles, with Amrish Puri and Alok Nath in pivotal supporting parts.

Subhash Ghai directed, produced, co-wrote and edited the film, while A.R. Rahman composed its music.

The film revolves around Mansi, a talented folk singer and dancer from Himachal Pradesh, played by Aishwarya. She falls in love with Manav, the son of a wealthy businessman, portrayed by Akshaye.

Their relationship takes a turn when Mansi and her father Tarababu are humiliated by Manav's family after visiting them in Mumbai.

Hurt by the ill treatment, Mansi decides to carve out her own identity and destiny brings her to join Vikrant, a successful music composer and entertainment-company head played by Anil Kapoor.

It kickstarts her journey from a small-town performer to a celebrated artist.

A major part of Taal's appeal was its soundtrack. With Rahman's compositions, and lyrics by Anand Bakshi, it included songs such as ‘Taal Se Taal Mila’, ‘Ishq Bina’, ‘Nahin Saamne’, ‘Ramta Jogi’ and ‘Ni Main Samajh Gayi’, the soundtrack became a major success and remains closely associated with the film.

The union marks another collaboration between the two production houses following the success of projects Shaitaan and Raid 2.

Headlined by Ajay Devgn and directed by Rohit Jugraj, the film is being jointly produced by Ajay Devgn, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.

The makers have not yet revealed the title or details of the film's plot, but have described it as an intense and atmospheric horror thriller that will explore a new world of mystery, fear and suspense.

The project reunites Devgn Films and Panorama Studios, whose association previously resulted in Shaitaan, the 2024 supernatural horror film that starred Devgn alongside R. Madhavan and Jyotika.

Director Rohit Jugraj, known for working across different genres, has previously helmed the Punjabi Sardaar Ji franchise as well as the SonyLIV series Chamak and Netflix series Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein.

On the professional front, Ajay Devgn is now all set for the release of his upcoming movie Drishyam: The Conclusion, which would be the third and final instalment of the Hindi Drishyam franchise.

He will be seen reprising his popular role as Vijay Salgaonkar and the film, directed by Abhishek Pathak, also starrs Tabu and Shriya Saran along with Ishita Dutta.

The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on October 2, 2026.

Devgn was most recently seen in Dhamaal 4, which released in July 2026 which received mixed responses from critics and audiences alike.

Mumbai, Sept 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actor and YouTuber Bhuvan Bam, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming historical streaming series ‘The Revolutionaries’, has shared his scary horse-riding experience for the show.

The actor essays the role of the legendary freedom fighter Rash Behari Bose in the series. As per the demand of the character, the actor had to be adept at horse-riding. However, his plans to master horse-riding were foiled the moment he sat on a horse, and it ran away with the actor on its back.

After a rather unfortunate first lesson involving a runaway horse at Juhu Beach, Bhuvan spent the shoot trying to avoid getting back in the saddle, until he found an unexpected solution for the show’s action sequence.

Recollecting the experience, Bhuvan shared, “So they told me to learn horse riding. It was a horse that’s used for wedding functions, and took me to Juhu Beach for training. So basically, what happened was that the caretaker was on a phone call and the horse simply ran off with me. That was my first day of horse-riding lessons. If I had fallen from there, I would probably still be bedridden today. I was literally hanging from the horse, and I was shivering for the next three days. The incident reached Sir (Nikkhil Advani) and he took stock of the situation, and I opened up to him and told him that ‘Sir, the horse took me away without my permission. Its leg was stuck in some plastic, and it just kept running with me’”.

He further mentioned, “The horse-riding scene hadn’t come up yet and every day, I would wake up thinking, ‘Today I’ll tell Sir. Today I’ll finally gather the courage and tell him that I can’t do horse riding’. Then there was a day when one scene went really well and sir was extremely happy. I thought, ‘Today he is in a good mood’, so I went to him and said, ‘Sir, can I tell you something? Please don’t make me ride the horse. Every day I’m haunted by the thought that the horse might take me away again’”.

When it came to filming the action sequence featuring Bose and General Dyer (played by Jason Shah), Bhuvan had a rather different idea for how the scene could play out.

The actor said, “Let’s switch it. By then, I had spoken to Dyer enough to know that he was a kick-ass horse rider. They had given him the bike and given me the horse. So I said, ‘Sir, let’s switch’. He was such a good horse rider that, at times, the horse was actually overtaking the bike. And then we did it, and it was so swift”.

The series is created and directed by Nikkhil Advani, and is based on the acclaimed book, ‘Revolutionaries: The Other Story Of How India Won Its Freedom’.

The show follows 4 freedom fighters, Rash Behari Bose, Pratibha Lahiri, Sachindra Nath Sanyal and Bagha Jatin, who locked horns with the British Raj. The series is inspired by true events and is set against the backdrop of India’s freedom struggle. It also stars Rohit Saraf, Pratibha Ranta, Gurfateh Pirzada and Jason Shah.

The show tells the story of Indian freedom fighters who believed that armed resistance was not just vital but indispensable to ending the British Raj. It was because of the sustained efforts of the aforementioned revolutionaries that the British empire had to shift its capital to Delhi from Kolkata.

Produced by Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani under the banner of Emmay Entertainment, the series is written by Sanjeev Sanyal. ‘The Revolutionaries’ is set to drop on September 11 on Prime Video.

Mumbai, Sept 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) Satish Salian, the father of Disha Salian, has reacted to the order passed by the Bombay High Court about investigation into the death of Disha Salian.

On Wednesday, Satish Salian spoke with IANS in light of the court’s order about the CBI probe into the case.

He told IANS, “I have 100% hope that the truth will come out. It's a battle of about 6 years. I had said that I won’t cry, until the FIR is filed. Today, when the FIR is filed, I will go home and cry. I will shed tears. I am sure that her soul will find peace when I shed tears. I haven’t cried since the day she passed away. Her mother is not in the correct mindspace. She is serving God. She is serving God. There should be action against those who did wrong. Why did they do wrong? They had everything, still why did they do wrong? If they have done wrong, they will have to bear it. We don't give punishment, the higher powers give. It was a very difficult fight. In my fight, Ashutosh and Nilesh, they were the main ones. I couldn't do anything without them”.

Disha Salian was a Mumbai-based celebrity manager who briefly worked with actor Sushant Singh Rajput. She died on June 8, 2020, after allegedly falling from a residential building in Malad, Mumbai, six days before Rajput’s death. Mumbai Police initially treated her death as an accidental-death case and later concluded that she had died by suicide, finding no evidence of foul play. Her death subsequently became the subject of widespread speculation particularly because of its proximity to Rajput’s death.

Her father has disputed the police findings and alleged that she was sexually assaulted and murdered. On September 2, 2026, the Bombay High Court ordered the CBI to investigate the circumstances of her death, while stressing that nobody should be treated as an accused without sufficient evidence.

When asked what kind of pain he had to bear, he said, “Tension. Thinking about why is this happening. You have to think about all this. This is mental torture. People say, ‘What are you doing? Nothing is going to happen. Nothing is going to happen against him’. That's what they say. Today, the court said that they will issue an order at 11 o'clock. All those people will get their answer”.

He is hopeful that the final verdict will come in their favour, as he said, “100% the order will come in our favour. If it doesn’t come in our favour then whose favour will it come? The ones who did wrong?”.

When asked if he will move to the Supreme Court, he said, “We will talk about this later”.

She explained that despite using advanced technology, they made sure that the set did not feel intimidating.

"We wanted the set to feel glossy and futuristic, but also warm, fun and inviting. For me, the individual status lighting, which changes with each contestant’s journey, and the circular LED floor, which brings the gameplay and percentage levels alive, are the biggest highlights. Despite the scale and technology, the set never feels intimidating, and that balance is what makes it truly special,” Varsha added.

The show will bring together students, homemakers, shopkeepers, YouTubers, magicians and real estate agents under a single roof.

The cameras will cover every corner of the set, leaving no blind spots. The arena will also have 100 individual tablets so that the contestants can play in Hindi or English. Huge screens have been included to keep everyone connected with the ongoing action.

Mumbai, Sept 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) Veteran actor Jackie Shroff has revealed that his love for nature stems from his childhood, when he watched his mother lovingly tend to flowers despite living in a modest home.

Recalling the tiny balcony where she grew roses, the Yaadein actor reflected on how the beauty of the flowers and their thorns taught him an early lesson about life. Jackie revelled that it helped him understand that pain and happiness often exist side by side.

Sharing a memory from the past, Jackie told IANS, “My mother was very fond of flowers. In a 10-by-10 room, there was a tiny little balcony. She used to grow roses there, and she loved those roses. I could see the thorns too. I could see the roses too. So, I saw all these things there and I understood that there is pain as well as happiness.”

The ‘Karma’ actor also spoke about developing a bond with the soil. “I became friends with the soil. I understood that my mother would water it, give it a little sunlight…Then I realised, as I grew older, where did my brother go? He went into the soil. And when I understood that he had gone into the soil, I started becoming friends with the soil. I started loving my soil. I want to save topsoil, which is not there anymore. There was so much talk about topsoil for a while, and then everyone became quiet about it,” added Jackie.

Shroff also urged everyone to carry the idea forward. “Every child should know that topsoil is the only thing that gives us food. Beneath it, there is all kinds of soil, but there is topsoil. How much topsoil do we actually have? Does anyone know? Look it up sometime in a book and see how much topsoil is actually left on Earth. We keep walking around, enjoying ourselves on this Earth, but we need to respect the Earth. We keep trampling it under our feet as we walk, but look at that Mother Earth. She is protecting us.”

Concluding his thoughts, Jackie Shroff emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy connection with the soil and the environment. “When I go into the ground, everything will become part of the soil. So, let’s be friends with the soil. That’s why we are here, basically. Enjoy your life, but don’t enjoy life by doing things that you are not supposed to do. Do a little pleasure, a little dance, a little fun, spend time with friends, have little conversations about things - but focus more on what you guys are doing with,” concluded Jackie Shroff.

He reflected on his experiences in the Hindi film industry, from his debut, "Dhokha," to his recent film, “Monster.” In an exclusive interview with IANS, the actor spoke about the lessons he has learned throughout his career and emphasized the importance of consistency for anyone pursuing acting. Reflecting on his journey, Muzammil said that there is no point in constantly looking back, as an actor’s career is an ongoing process with no fixed destination. He stated, “First of all, you should not look back. As far as the journey is concerned, it is a continuous journey. There is no fixed destination. You learn a lot from it. You get a chance to do things that you didn’t want to do, and you get a chance to do them again.”

“You get a chance to do things that you didn’t want to do. But you have to be consistent. You have to put in the work, be it in any medium, be it theatre. You have to keep on being consistent, which is very important as an actor.”

Muzammil Ibrahim made his acting debut in 2007 as the lead in “Dhokha,” an action thriller directed by Pooja Bhatt. He later appeared in several music videos, including “Pardesiya” alongside Rakhi Sawant and Lucky Ali’s popular track “Kabhi Aisa Lagta Hai.”

Ibrahim went on to feature in several films and television projects. In Horn 'Ok' Pleassss, he played the lead double role of Ajay in the comedy film. He later portrayed Nikhil Ahuja in the romantic comedy “Will You Marry Me?” Muzammil also appeared in the popular web series “Special OPS,” where he played RAW agent Avinash, also known as ACP Zaid Ahmed Khan.

Hyderabad, Sep 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) Actress and producer Sriya Reddy on Wednesday penned a heartfelt birthday wish for her 'They Call Him OG' co-star Pawan Kalyan, in which she highlighted his kind and empathetic nature and said, "May the kindness you quietly give to others always find its way back to you!"

Taking to her Instagram stories to write a lengthy birthday wish for Pawan Kalyan, Sriya said, "People will speak of many things when they speak of you. But what stays with me are the quieter things -- the way you listen, the way you remember, and most importantly, the way you turn someone’s words into action.”

Sriya then went on to recall instances of his kindness. She first disclosed how Pawan Kalyan listened to Deepika, captain of the Indian Women’s Blind Cricket team, speak about the road to her village and later acted on her concerns. She also told of an instance when an elderly woman had once asked him to return to her home. Remembering his promise years later, she said Pawan Kalyan went back.

Sriya recalled a third instance when she said, "When women who work with their hands needed something as simple as reading glasses, you made sure they had them."

“You listen. You remember. And then you act,” she wrote, describing these gestures as something that comes from genuine empathy rather than recognition or applause.

Reflecting on having witnessed this side of him personally, Sriya added that perhaps true compassion was not about grand gestures, but about “empathy in motion.”

She concluded her note by wishing Pawan Kalyan a great year and writing, “May the kindness you quietly give to others always find its way back to you. Wishing you a great year.”

It may be recalled that Sriya Reddy, who had played the pivotal role of Geetha in the Pawan Kalyan-starrer 'They call him OG', had at the time of the film's release penned a post showering praises on her co-actors in the blockbuster film, saying she "must have done something right in life !" to have worked with them.

Taking to her X timeline, Sriya Reddy had said, "Working with great actors … sorry wonderful human beings on the set #theycallhimog has made the experience even more sweeter and grateful !"

In particular, she had called Pawan Kalyan, a warm and endearing person who spreads his wings for everyone to come and take shelter under it!
