Netflix and Arka Media had come together for a web series titled Baahubali: Before the beginning. Talented filmmakers Deva Katta and Praveen Sattaru came aboard as the directors of the project and a major portion of the web series was shot in specially erected sets.
However, the latest updates suggest that Netflix and Arka Media have decided to reshoot the entire web series as they are not pleased with the way the web series shaped up. They feel that the footage shot under the direction of Praveen Sattaru and Deva Katta is not up to the mark.
Now, the makers have requested Rajamouli to come on board and he readily obliged to the same. He will be supervising the web series which is set to be shot again with a new direction team. Rajamouli is also monitoring the script and giving his creative inputs.
The filming of this web series will be kick-started very soon.
