New Delhi, Oct 9 (SocialNews.XYZ) India on Friday said that it is aware of the decision announced by the US Department of Labour concerning the Permanent Labour Certification (PERM) programme for some companies, noting that suspension of PERM applications does not impact the validity of existing H-1B visas or the status of H-1B visa holders and their dependents.
