The Chairperson commends Belgium and Rwanda for this important step and acknowledges the constructive role played by the State of Qatar in facilitating dialogue between the two countries.
“This development demonstrates the value of diplomacy and dialogue in overcoming differences and strengthening cooperation,” the Chairperson added.
