He emphasised the importance of partnerships that respond holistically to the health and dignity needs of mothers, newborns and adolescent girls, particularly among vulnerable communities.
The Principal Secretary welcomed Softcare Group’s participation in upcoming EWENE field engagements and awareness activities, including support through sanitary pads and diapers.
The proposed collaboration will strengthen coordinated action on maternal, newborn and adolescent health while contributing to the realisation of Universal Health Coverage.
Principal Secretary for Medical Services Dr Ouma Oluga this evening held discussions with Softcare Group, led by Country Managing Director Tom Li, on potential collaboration to advance maternal and newborn health under the Every Woman Every Newborn Everywhere (EWENE) Campaign.
