Orry was equally entertaining when asked about his equation with the other contestants. According to him, the contestants were completely obsessed with his presence on the show. “They were all obsessed with me—everyone there was a fan of mine. It was ‘Orry, Orry, Orry’ all day and night,” he said. Taking his trademark confidence a step further, Orry claimed that even after the show ended, the contestants continued talking about him and joked that “the whole show revolved around me.” However, when it came to having the most fun, Orry had one clear favourite—host Rohit Shetty.
While many contestants might have approached Khatron Ke Khiladi with fear and hesitation, Orry claims he found an unusual kind of excitement in the danger. “You know, I have self-destructive tendencies. So, I actually found great joy in performing those stunts,” he said. He recalled one underwater stunt in particular, explaining that being unable to breathe and then catching a split-second breath in an air pocket felt almost spiritual to him. “It felt like reaching Nirvana,” Orry said, adding that he genuinely loved performing the stunts and even became frustrated when other contestants backed out because he felt he could have taken on those challenges himself.
But if there was one stunt that truly stayed with Orry, it was the one involving a cheetah. “The stunt I loved the most was the one with the cheetah. I mean, who gets to say they ran alongside a cheetah?” he said. Orry revealed that when Rohit Shetty first mentioned the animal, he assumed the makers were talking about something far less terrifying. Once he realised it was an actual cheetah, his thoughts quickly turned from excitement to survival mode. “Do they know who I am? What if something happens to me? Who would be responsible if I died or got eaten by a cat?” he recalled jokingly.
Orry then made perhaps his biggest claim about the stunt, insisting that he actually beat the cheetah and that the final television edit did not tell the complete story. “It wasn't just the edit; the edit made it look like I lost, but in reality, I won. Yeah,” he claimed. He also remembered the other contestants comparing his running style to Kendall Jenner and telling him he looked like a “total rockstar.” But Orry had a hilarious complaint about the final cut. According to him, the editors picked a brief moment when he paused and his hand flailed “like a duck” and used that particular shot. “These editors are really cunning,” he joked.
Interestingly, Orry revealed that appearing on Khatron Ke Khiladi was not something he was simply offered and then accepted. He actually wanted to be part of the show and approached the makers himself. He said he was originally supposed to participate in 2025, but the season was postponed, eventually leading to his appearance in 2026. Explaining why he wanted to take the plunge despite the danger, Orry said he does not usually do television or reality shows and viewed Khatron as a “side quest.” His conclusion was perhaps the most Orry statement of all: “I decided that Khatron would be both my reality show debut and my retirement.”
Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, hosted by Rohit Shetty and filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, premiered on August 1, 2026, under the theme “Darr Ka Naya Daur.” The show airs on Colors TV every Saturday and Sunday at 9 PM and streams on JioHotstar, featuring contestants including Jasmin Bhasin, Harsh Gujral, Rubina Dilaik, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Avika Gor, Gaurav Khanna, Ruhaanika Dhawan, Farrhana Bhatt, Avinash Mishra, Shagun Sharma, Orry and Vishal Aditya Singh.
