‘Mahakali’ makers release ‘Shukracharya’s War Cry’ glimpse video; Film to hit screens on January 8 next year

Chennai, Aug 24 (SocialNews.XYZ) The makers of director Puja Aparna Kolluru's eagerly awaited film, 'Mahakali', the highly anticipated next chapter in the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU), on Monday officially unveiled the first glimpse of the film and announced that the magnum opus would hit screens worldwide on January 8 next year.

The first glimpse video of the film, titled '#Shukracharya’s War Cry', sets the stage for a powerful battle between Dharma and Adharma, as the forces of the divine find themselves locked in a conflict far greater than a mere clash between good and evil.

Led by Shukracharya, the formidable guru of the Asuras, the battle hints at a larger war that could determine the fate of an entire world. With its ominous tone, powerful imagery of impending conflict, the glimpse signals that “the end begins,” setting the stage for the epic battle that will unfold in Mahakali.

The highlight of the glimpse is undoubtedly Akshaye Khanna, who appears in a fierce and unrecognisable avatar as Shukracharya. Seen with an intense gaze and commanding screen presence, the actor brings an unmistakable gravitas to the character. Following the massive intrigue generated by his first look, the glimpse offers audiences their first real taste of his portrayal, further amplifying curiosity around the powerful Asura guru and his role in the battle between Dharma and Adharma.
