The leadership appointments were made during the Commission's first meeting, held shortly after members were sworn in before President Patrick Herminie at State House earlier today.
The Commission is mandated to enforce, implement and monitor the recommendations of the TRNUC, with a focus on delivering long-awaited closure for victims identified through the truth and reconciliation process.
With its leadership now in place, the Commission will proceed to establish the internal protocols and operating procedures required to guide the execution of its mandate.
