Seychelles: Appointment of Acting Attorney-General

The Office of the President announces the appointment of Ms. Corrine Rose to perform the functions of Acting Attorney-General with effect from 5th August 2026, pending the appointment and assumption of office of an Attorney-General.

Ms. Rose's appointment ensures the continued discharge of the constitutional and statutory responsibilities of the Office of the Attorney-General during the interim period.

The Office of the President extends its congratulations to Ms. Rose and wishes her every success as she assumes these responsibilities in the service of the Republic.
