'I'm Obsessed With Myself, I Always Want To Look Good': Pamela Serena Breaks Silence On Lock Upp 2 'Locker Room' Controversy, Calls Out Harshad, Shivangi And Akanksha

Former Lock Upp Season 2 contestant Pamela Serena has finally broken her silence on one of the show's most talked-about controversies. Eliminated just three days before the grand finale, Pamela has now opened up about her journey, the strategies inside the house, the contestants she found "too sensitive," and the infamous "locker room" incident that sparked widespread debate among viewers. Her candid revelations have already set social media buzzing.

Reflecting on her Lock Upp journey, Pamela admitted that the show was a completely different experience from the reality television she had previously known. "It was five weeks; I came out three days before the finale. How did I feel about it? I think my game was interesting. I learned a lot. This was the first time I'd done a reality TV show like this—I hadn't done one before. You might have seen the reality shows we have in the UAE or the UK; there's a lot of chaos there. There's fighting and mayhem. But coming to India, I learned a lot.”

“Reality TV shows here are played with a very different strategy. You have to be very careful about what you say and do. People here are quite sensitive. During the first week, I was just observing because I joined only five days before the show started and hadn't done enough research. Watching Shreya, I realized that if you voiced your opinions too much, the group playing it safe would put you at risk. So I also played it safe, spoke to everyone, made my own friends, and formed my own opinions. But after the first couple of weeks, everyone's true colors started showing because you're living together 24/7" said Pamela.

When asked which contestants she considered the most sensitive, Pamela didn't hold back. "The most sensitive ones—those who couldn't take a joke or even something as small as a breakfast vote—would be Harshad and Shivangi. They were super sensitive and couldn't take a joke. Harshad gave me such a hard time over a vote even though we weren't that close. As for 'true colors,' I'd say Akanksha Chaudhary revealed hers. What was shown on camera regarding the locker room incident didn't exactly reflect the actual situation."

Pamela then addressed the controversial "locker room" moment in detail, insisting that viewers misunderstood what had really happened. "Honestly speaking, Yogesh and Akanksha Chaudhary were on the same level for me; if either of them had left, I would've been equally upset. But the locker room incident was about me. I wasn't upset because Akanksha was eliminated. I'm a perfectionist, and I own it. I'm obsessed with myself. I like to know how I look on screen. I wanted to know about my expressions, whether I looked good, sad, or happy, and how my makeup and hair looked. I was wearing a lehenga and hadn't even brought my lip products. It had nothing to do with Akanksha's elimination, but they spun an entirely different narrative. I tried explaining this to Urfi, Hina, and even the Jail team, but nobody wanted to listen. When it came to choosing between Akanksha and Yogesh, I chose Yogesh because he had shared his secret for Chamola. Akanksha herself didn't hold any hard feelings. It was really about me—I'm obsessed with myself, I own that, and I always want to look good."

Pamela Serena's unapologetic remarks have added a fresh twist to one of Lock Upp Season 2's biggest controversies. While some fans have praised her for being brutally honest, others continue to debate her version of events. One thing is certain—her explosive revelations have reignited conversations around the show's behind-the-scenes dynamics just days after her eviction.
