Netflix India has officially announced the release date of its upcoming family comedy series Chumbak, unveiling a delightful new promo that introduces viewers to the vibrant residents of Chumbak Colony Society. Sharing the announcement on social media, Netflix wrote, "Chumbak Colony Society Notice! Time to meet the neighbors is coming up. Watch Chumbak, out 28 August, only on Netflix." Staying true to the title "Chumbak"—which means magnet in Hindi—the video cleverly symbolizes how people from different backgrounds are naturally drawn toward one another through friendship, laughter, and shared experiences. Created by the celebrated duo Aatish Kapadia and JD Majethia, the creative minds behind iconic Indian sitcoms Sarabhai vs Sarabhai and Khichdi, Chumbak brings together an impressive ensemble cast.
