Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary campaigns for BJP candidate in Bankipur bypoll, highlights NDA's development agenda

Patna, July 25 (SocialNews.XYZ) Campaigning for the Bankipur Assembly by-election intensified on Saturday as Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary addressed a public meeting in Patna's Mandiri area in support of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Neeraj Kumar.

Urging voters to back the BJP nominee with a decisive mandate, the Chief Minister highlighted the NDA government's development initiatives and outlined its vision for Bihar.

Addressing the gathering, Samrat Choudhary said this was his second visit to Mandiri, recalling that he had earlier inaugurated the road constructed over the Mandiri drain.

He noted that the area, once village-like in character, has witnessed rapid urban development following the construction of a four-lane road.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has envisioned a "Viksit Bharat" (Developed India), while former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has laid out a vision for a prosperous Bihar.

He added that NDA government is working with full commitment to achieve both goals.

Referring to the Bihar government's tenure, Choudhary said the administration had completed 100 days in office and described it as a government formed through the trust and support of the people.

He also expressed gratitude to Nitish Kumar, saying that it was under his guidance that he received the opportunity to serve Bihar.

Highlighting the ruling NDA government, the Chief Minister said the NDA consists of five parties working together for the state's progress.

"The five of us, like the five Pandavas, are working together for Bihar's development," he added.

Focusing on education, the Chief Minister said the Bihar government's objective is to strengthen government schools to such an extent that children of public representatives, civil servants, and ordinary citizens would all study in the same institutions.

He highlighted several initiatives, including the launch of 551 model schools and the establishment of 211 new degree colleges across Bihar.

He also said the state government is promoting modern technology in education by expanding access to computer education and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Referring to digital learning initiatives, The Chief Minister said that students can now attend online night classes, where teachers remain available through an app until 11 p.m. to assist learners.

Choudhary added that the state government's long-term goal is to create an educational ecosystem in Bihar capable of preparing students for competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE, reducing the need for them to travel to coaching hubs like Kota.

Concluding his address, the Chief Minister appealed to voters to support BJP candidate Neeraj Kumar in the Bankipur by-election, saying a strong mandate for the NDA would help accelerate Bihar's development and prosperity.

"We need your support for Bihar's development. Vote for Neeraj Kumar and ensure his victory," he told the gathering.
