The Ministerial Session followed the successful Technical Experts Meeting held in Rabat from 9th to 11th June, 2026. At the end of the Session the following eleven bilateral instruments were signed by both sides:
Agreement on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters.
Memorandum of Understanding in the Areas of Standardization, Conformity Assessment, and Metrology-Related Activities.
Memorandum of Understanding on Higher Education, Scientific and Technological Cooperation.
Memorandum of Understanding on the Promotion of Collaborative Activities in the fields of Meteorology and Climatology.
Memorandum of Understanding for Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Office National des Hydrocabures et des Mines “ONHYM” et Minerals Commission and Ghana Geological Survey Authority.
Memorandum of Understanding on Diplomatic Training.
Agreement on Cooperation in the field of Vocational Training.
Cooperation Agreement on the Award of Academic Scholarships, Internships, and the Sharing of Expertise.
Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Sports.
Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Archives.
Both Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the effective implementation of the decisions and agreements reached under the Second PJCC, and expressed confidence that the renewed partnership would deepen Ghana-Morocco relations, and contribute meaningfully to Africa’s integration, and collective self-reliance.
