New Delhi, June 13 (SocialNews.XYZ) The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday stated that the country will receive below normal rainfall this year, and though the monsoon has so far covered most of the Southern Peninsula, north east and parts of east India, it will progress slowly in other regions.
