Jr NTR’s ‘Dragon’ Glimpse Unleashes a Brutal World of Violence, Power and Survival

The much-awaited glimpse of Dragon starring Jr NTR is finally out, and it has already sent fans into a frenzy ahead of the actor’s birthday celebrations on Tuesday. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the filmmaker behind the blockbuster KGF franchise, the film promises a dark, intense, and action-heavy cinematic experience unlike anything fans have seen before.

The four-minute-and-twenty-eight-second glimpse introduces audiences to the brutal universe of Dragon, a world deeply rooted in the history of India’s opium trade during both pre and post-Independence eras. The teaser opens with references to Indian history and the rise of the opium industry before gradually diving into a ruthless underworld ruled by violence, greed, and power struggles. Jointly produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, and Kosaraju Harikrishna under the banners of Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, Dragon is set for a massive multilingual release on June 11, 2027. The film will hit theatres in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, aiming to reach audiences across the country.
