Andaman Rosse has spent seven years helping families buy and sell homes across a wide stretch of Oregon, from Bend to the Coast, with most of his work centered in the Mid Willamette Valley. His approach is simple but uncommon in the industry: if something benefits his client, he does it, and he pays for it. This philosophy has shaped every part of how he runs his business and serves the people who trust him with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Real estate can be a complicated and stressful process for most people. Andaman recognized this early in his career and set out to build something different. He wanted to create an experience where clients felt taken care of from the first conversation to the final signature. That vision has guided his work ever since.
Every listing Andaman takes on includes staging and a pre sale inspection, both covered by him. He is also one of the only Zillow Showcase agents in his area, a designation that reflects his commitment to presenting homes at the highest level. But he goes even further. He pays for portable storage and transportation costs so his clients can move without worrying about those expenses. These are not add ons or upgrades. They are part of the standard package.
"I tell all my clients that I'm a premium agent for clients looking for a premium experience," he explained. "There are Temu agents out there if you want to get a Temu experience, but I am the Apple Store. Everything I do screams quality, care, and expertise, and people hire me when they want to know for sure it'll get done to the highest possible quality, every time."

The clients who come to Andaman often feel overwhelmed by the process ahead of them. Real estate can be confusing, and the stakes are high. He starts by getting to know each person and their specific situation. No two families are the same, and no two transactions should be treated the same way either.
"Every person is different, every family is different, and therefore every transaction is different," he said. From there, he builds a custom plan using the systems he has developed over the years. The goal is to make clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Seen when he takes the time to understand their goals. Supported when they work together to build a plan. Empowered when they realize those big goals are actually within reach.
One phrase comes up often in his work: "I have a guy for that." Over time, Andaman has built a network of trusted professionals so that whatever his clients need, there is someone ready to help. This kind of preparation reflects how he thinks about his role. He wants to anticipate problems before they arrive and have solutions ready when they do.
Outside of real estate, Andaman stays active in his community. He teaches the K through 5th-grade class at his church and serves on the board of Southside Youth Outreach, a nonprofit that brings resources to young people in South Corvallis. He sees the same dedication in both parts of his life. Serving his community and serving his clients come from the same place.
Recently, Andaman made the switch to Real Broker, LLC, a cloud-based brokerage with a strong tech stack. The move was about finding better tools to support his clients at an even higher level. He is always looking for ways to improve the experience and stay ahead of what his clients need.
When asked about his biggest achievement, Andaman did not point to awards or revenue numbers. Instead, he talked about repeat clients and referrals. A large portion of his business comes from people who have worked with him before or who were sent his way by someone who did.
"The fact that my past clients were so enthusiastic and appreciative of my service that they go out of their way to connect me with their friends, trust me with their family, and continue to use me in the future is the most important achievement I could make in the industry."
That kind of trust is not something you can manufacture. It comes from showing up, doing the work, and caring about the outcome. For Andaman Rosse, that has always been the point.
