The evening saw the presence of the film’s cast and crew, including Sai Pallavi, Junaid Khan, composer Ram Sampath, and debut director Sunil Pandey, making it a memorable gathering filled with warmth, music, and candid conversations.

One of the standout moments from the event was Aamir Khan’s glowing praise for Sai Pallavi, who is making her Hindi film debut with Ek Din. Speaking from the heart, he said, “Sai has done such an incredible job—you are going to be blown away. Absolutely blown away. And I feel—speaking straight from the heart today—that for me, Sai is the finest actress we have in our country right now.” His words have only heightened anticipation around her performance, with fans eager to see her bring Meera to life on the big screen.

Aamir also spoke about working with his son Junaid Khan, keeping things light and honest in his trademark style. He remarked, “Junaid has done a pretty decent job, too. Directed by Sunil Pandey and produced by Aamir Khan, Mansoor Khan, and Aparna Purohit under Aamir Khan Productions, Ek Din is an official remake of the 2016 Thai film One Day. The story follows Rohan, a man secretly in love with his colleague Meera, who finally gets a magical chance to live his dream of being with her for just one day.
