Toxic Movie BTS Stills Tease High Octane Action From Yash Starrer Period Gangster Drama

The makers of Toxic have once again amplified excitement around their upcoming action spectacle by releasing fresh behind-the-scenes stills from the set. The official handle of Toxic shared glimpses featuring Hollywood stunt coordinator J J Perry, offering fans a closer look at the intense action-driven world being built for the film.

The caption highlighted Perry as the “action maestro,” and the images show him deeply involved in the creative process—reviewing footage with the crew, discussing sequences, and directing large-scale action setups. One of the standout stills captures him working closely with lead actor Yash, reinforcing the film’s heavy focus on stylized, large-scale action choreography.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic is shaping up to be a period gangster drama with a bold cinematic vision. Yash is set to appear in a dual role, adding further intrigue to the narrative. The film reportedly features a mix of grounded storytelling and stylized action, aiming to push visual and physical boundaries in Indian cinema.

What makes the project especially notable is the involvement of an all-Indian stunt team during a massive 45-day action schedule shot in Mumbai. With Perry—known for his work on films like John Wick—leading the action design, the sequences are expected to bring a blend of Hollywood precision and local cinematic flair.

The BTS images also hint at the scale of production, showcasing crowded set pieces resembling circus-style or arena sequences, suggesting elaborate action set-pieces. Fans were quick to react online, expressing excitement and curiosity for more updates as the film builds momentum.

Slated for a theatrical release on June 4, 2026, Toxic continues to position itself as one of the most anticipated action films in Indian cinema. With its strong creative team and ambitious visuals, expectations are steadily rising for what could be a genre-defining spectacle.
