Sussanne Khan Unveils Platinum Stellar Design Journey Blending Quiet Luxury And Art Deco Elegance

Interior designer and entrepreneur Sussanne Khan has stepped into the spotlight with the launch of the design journey for the luxury residential project Platinum Stellar in Mumbai. Speaking at the event, she shared her excitement about the creative process behind the project, describing it as something built on patience, collaboration, and deep artistic intent.

 

“It is very, very exciting. We have worked very hard to create the design package for ‘Stair’. As you will see—and as you have been hearing in our discussions—it is the product of a great deal of love, persistence, patience, and, you know, a tremendous amount of work; a vast amount of effort has gone into it. So, we are incredibly excited to be in this position today to launch it. And we are even more excited to actually execute it,” she said, reflecting on the scale of effort involved.

 

Talking about collaboration, Sussanne highlighted the importance of creative synergy. “We are mutually grateful for this collaboration, because I believe that when two synergies—specifically those of truly authentic, creative minds—come together, good things happen. Yes. So, I am very happy that this project—the ‘Stair’ project—will reap the benefits of this alliance,” she added, emphasizing the strength of working with aligned creative vision.

 

The project, Platinum Stellar, located at Main Avenue in Santacruz (West), Mumbai, is part of a larger collaboration between Platinum Corp led by Founder and CEO Vishal Ratanghayra and Sussanne Khan. The initiative aims to redefine luxury living in some of Mumbai’s most prime residential spaces.

 

The design journey follows a “Presidential by Design” concept, rooted in the timeless appeal of Art Deco architecture. Sussanne’s signature “quiet luxury” aesthetic plays a central role in shaping the interiors — blending industrial strength with soft elegance to create spaces that feel refined without being excessive.

 

Actor Rajesh Khattar was also present at the launch event, adding to the evening’s spotlight moments. The design direction focuses heavily on experience-driven luxury, including grand lobbies, statement entrance foyers, executive business lounges, bespoke fitness studios, sculpted landscapes, and exclusive terrace amenities.

 

With this project, Sussanne Khan continues to expand her footprint in the world of high-end design, merging functionality with artistic storytelling. Platinum Stellar is shaping up to be not just a residential project, but a curated lifestyle experience rooted in elegance and modern sophistication.
