Filmmaker Milap Zaveri penned a heartfelt and fun-filled birthday wish for Bollywood action star John Abraham, calling him the man who “resurrected” his career. Sharing a picture with the actor on Instagram, Zaveri thanked John for Satyameva Jayate, crediting the film for giving him a major professional revival. The post instantly struck a chord with fans of the actor-director duo.

In his emotional note, Zaveri referred to John as his “Hulk” and expressed lifelong gratitude for the trust and support he received. Adding a playful touch, the director wrote that while John can “rip tyres with his bare hands,” his heart is “made of gold,” perfectly capturing the actor’s tough-on-screen, soft-off-screen image.

John Abraham and Milap Zaveri’s collaboration on the Satyameva Jayate franchise remains one of their most talked-about partnerships. The first film released in 2018 and became a solid box-office performer, while Satyameva Jayate 2 arrived in 2021. The sequel, produced by T-Series and Emmay Entertainment, also starred Divya Khosla Kumar and leaned heavily into patriotic action drama.

Adding another feather to his cap, John’s production Oslo: A Tale of Promise recently premiered at the 56th International Film Festival of India under the Indian Panorama section. The documentary narrates a touching bond between a young girl and her husky, highlighting John Abraham’s growing interest in meaningful, content-driven cinema beyond mainstream action roles.
