The Texas State Senate has passed a bill that would allow private citizens to sue doctors and distributors who mail abortion pills in the Lone Star State. The bill was approved on Wednesday and now heads to Republican Gov. Greg Abbott's desk. He is expected to sign it into law. CBS News' Karen Hua reports.
