Lawyers for the state of California and the U.S. government will meet in court for the final day of the trial over President Trump's deployment of National Guard troops to Los Angeles. Maj. Gen. Scott Sherman testified Monday that he never heard the word "rebellion" to describe the L.A. protests, but tried to walk back his statement on Tuesday.
