Ananya Panday Champions Compassion with New Kindness Curriculum for Schools Across India

Actress and youth icon Ananya Panday is taking her social impact mission to the next level with a heartfelt initiative that promotes empathy and emotional learning among children. Her platform So Positive, in collaboration with the transformative NGO Slam Out Loud, has launched a first-of-its-kind Kindness Curriculum—a creative educational tool designed for schools across India.

Grounded in art-based learning, the Kindness Curriculum uses storytelling, poetry, and visual arts to make emotional intelligence and compassion accessible and engaging for young minds. By turning values like empathy and kindness into lived experiences rather than abstract ideals, the program helps children build emotional resilience and meaningful connections from an early age.

Ananya takes on an inspiring role in the curriculum, guiding students through modules that blend her own personal reflections with universally relatable life lessons. Her presence and voice lend authenticity and relatability, turning the initiative into more than just a classroom exercise—it becomes a journey in emotional awareness and self-discovery.

Rolled out through Slam Out Loud’s Jijivisha Fellowship and Arts for All programs, the curriculum will reach over 2.5 lakh children across India. It is also accessible globally via So Positive’s YouTube channel, with plans underway to include it on the Government of India’s DIKSHA Portal. At a time when emotional learning is more critical than ever, the Kindness Curriculum lays the groundwork for a more empathetic, aware, and kinder generation.
