Superstar Salman Khan surprised fans with an unexpected update on Dabangg 4 during his appearance at the Indian Supercross Racing League event in Mumbai. Dressed in his signature casual style—black t-shirt, jeans, and trademark dark sunglasses—Salman channeled his iconic Chulbul Pandey character by theatrically placing his shades on the back of his collar. “This is for Dabangg 4,” he quipped, sending the audience into a roar of excitement.

 

The Dabangg franchise, which began in 2010, has become one of the most iconic Bollywood series of the last decade. Salman's portrayal of the witty, fearless, and morally ambiguous cop Chulbul Pandey won hearts nationwide. With Dabangg 2 following in 2012 and Dabangg 3 in 2019, fans have been eagerly awaiting a fourth installment, consistently trending hashtags and flooding social media with requests.

 

While Dabangg 4 is yet to be officially confirmed by the studio, Salman Khan’s spontaneous comment has reignited hope among fans. Following his recent appearance in Sikandar, the actor announced Battle of Galwan, where he will portray Colonel B Santosh Babu, the valiant officer who led the 16 Bihar regiment during the 2020 Galwan Valley clash. Inspired by the book India’s Most Fearless 3, the film aims to honor real-life heroism at altitudes over 15,000 feet, offering a stark contrast to the flamboyant world of Dabangg—showcasing Salman’s wide acting range.
